This means that residents are responsible only for their monthly installment payments and not those of their roommates if they choose to live with other residents. Residents can submit their monthly installment payments online, using our easy resident portal, or drop off a check in-person at our leasing office. For the ultimate convenience, residents can set up automatic payments through our portal so they never miss a payment.

Yes! We work hard to ensure our residents are completely taken care of at Life Tower. To make their lives easier, we employ a well-qualified team of management and maintenance professionals on-site. We even have a 24/7 maintenance staff available in case of an emergency.

Yes! Whether you are an incoming freshman or new to Houston, we offer complimentary roommate-matching services to help make finding a compatible roommate simpler. The process is easy — residents ​​first complete a detailed questionnaire asking about their lifestyle preferences, hobbies, and habits. Then, our team matches them with another resident with compatible answers. Contact us for more information about our roommate-matching services or to start on your questionnaire.

Your monthly installments include Internet, water, sewer, trash, washer and dryer units, electricity with a cap, and access to all of Life Tower’s amenities, and a wonderful staff here to help you anytime.

You have three installment payment options available for your convenience. You may pay the entire amount due under the housing contract (1 installment, 2 installments, or 12 installments).  If you choose to pay a single installment for the entire amount, that single installment is due August 1 (first). If you choose to pay in two-semester installments, those are due August 1 (first) and January 1 (first). If you choose to pay in 12 installments, the first installment is due on August 1 (first) and the remaining 11 installments are due on the 1st (first) of the next 11 months. Please note these are all installment payment options and not monthly rent.

We suggest bringing bedding for a full-size XL bed, toiletries, dishes, cookware, decorations, and personal items to help your new living space feel like home!

Life Tower hosts plenty of resident events, ranging from pizza parties to taco Tuesdays. There is free food at the events, and they make great opportunities to meet new people and fellow residents!

Your mail will be delivered to your mailbox located on the property. Any packages you receive will be delivered to our package locker system. You’ll get a notification when your package arrives, and you can retrieve it directly from the package locker. We also receive quite a bit of mail to our leasing office. Residents will receive a notification via email and text (if opted in) when a package arrives to our leasing office.

Life Tower comes fully equipped with energy-efficient appliances, a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and washer & dryer. Each living room is furnished with a couch, coffee table, entertainment center, and 50-inch smart TV. Each bedroom is furnished with a full-size XL bed, desk, desk chair, and 4-drawer dresser. We also provide a dining table and dinging chairs for our one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartment floor plans.

Yes! We allow pets. Contact our leasing office for information about our pet policies.

Life Tower’s insurance will not cover your personal belongings. We suggest purchasing renter’s insurance for this reason. It is generally inexpensive and will cover your personal belongings in the unfortunate event something were to happen.

No Guarantor? No problem! We offer Leap as an option! Leap is a quick and easy process that fills in for a guarantor or parent co-signer. Leap’s application is free online and takes around 5 minutes to complete. You will get a conditional decision within 30 minutes during normal business hours. Contact the office for more information. We also offer a deferred rent option!

Yes. The property’s policy is included here for family occupants with a child(ren) under the age of eighteen (18) who is domiciled with (i) at least one parent, legal guardian, or another person having legal custody of the child under the age of eighteen, or (ii) the designee of such parent or other person having such custody, with written permission of such parent or other person. For family households with children, all household members age eighteen (18) or older must: (A) complete an application, and (B) sign the lease as a Resident. For family households with children under the age of eighteen (18), at least two (2) people will be permitted to occupy a single bedroom. If a family household with children under the age of eighteen (18) requires additional occupancy per bedroom, additional occupants may be allowed on a case-by-case basis based on factors including, but not limited to, the size of the bedroom(s) and unit, age of the children, configuration of the unit, any physical limitations of the property, and local occupancy codes. If the child occupant reaches eighteen (18) years of age during the term of the lease, the lease will be allowed to complete its term, but renewal will only be offered in compliance with the occupancy policy as stated. Child occupants who are under twenty-four (24) months at the time the lease is signed will not be counted under the occupancy policy for purposes of maximum occupancy but will be counted for subsequent leases if they reach the age of twenty-four (24) months during the term of the lease. The Landlord has the right to lease any empty bedroom(s). Families should contact the office directly regarding the application for family households, as this process varies from individual leasing and the required forms are not all available electronically.
